Above & Beyond Dentistry in Battle Ground, WA
Description of project:
Part 1 - Five videos to highlight the services of Dr. Low, capture his personality and professionalism, along with appropriate b-roll. Each video should be no more than 3 minutes.
For use on website, Facebook, and YouTube.
Part 2 - Social Media. Create content based on ideas from the marketing team in the form of 8 videos and 8-10 photos for the month. Videos should be under 1 minute long for social media formats.
For use on Facebook and Instagram. (Maybe LinkedIn and IG stories?)
Portraits of Kevin (head shots and candid) as well as images of office for use on web and social. Images will be sized for web use. $150. (Prints are an additional cost.)
Depending on the pre-production and how much we can plan and organize before a shoot day, it’s difficult to say if it will take one or two days to get enough footage for all 5 videos. I’m estimating 2 days minimum. For smooth set-up and production on the day of shooting, I will need an assistant. Listed below is the break down of costs:
Pre-Production - $0
Day of Shoot - Day rate of $1000
Assistant - $300/day
Equipment - 15% of total
Storage - Digital media $150
Post (Editing) - $40/hour (estimated 8 hours)
Music Licencing - $50/video
SUB TOTAL: $3818 for 2 day shoot with editing, music, and storage of 5 videos.
This includes 2 revisions per video. Every revision after will be an hourly fee.
With the planning done by Dr. Low’s marketing team for social media content, I estimate one day of shooting should be plenty with light post work, if any. Without knowing exactly what the specific ideas will be for social media posts, my estimate for one day per month of shooting photo/video content is $800.
These are estimates and can be negotiated and corrected based on actual work done.
